Everyday Rewards Targeted Offers

We've been o/s a couple of times in the last few months and haven't had any offers at all

We have been away for 8 weeks OS.When we got home I did a very small shop and got an offer 12 hours later.
Mrsdrron made a small shop and a week later hasn't got a thing.
Pretty random to me.

I'm assuming that e-vouchers can only be used online. Is that correct?

I'm not certain what you mean by e-vouchers.

The Woolworths egiftcards and Wish egiftcards can be used instore. There are two numbers printed on the egfitcards. One of them is for instore and the other is for online use. The instore number is shorter. Ignore the dashes when you type it into the eptpos machine. The pin is the same for both instore and online.

There are some Woolworths petrol stations where you can't use the egiftcard. You can't use the egiftcard at some of the Big W online businesses which are separate to the department store.

I hope that clarifies things. There's more detail in the terms and conditions but I was trying to keep the explanation basic.

I wouldn't describe 3000 points as 'whopping'.:mrgreen:

Same same, with these conditions:

'Hi Dr Ralph, Winter is coming... Warm up your points balance with UNCLE TOBYS Oats. It’s 700 points for two or 300 points for one purchase this week.'

I took this option:

'No thanks, I'm not interested in this offer'

And wrote the following:

'Poor points offering to change my purchasing behaviour. Try harder next time.'
 
I got the same offer too.

"Offer can be redeemedmultiple times during the promotional period."

The quick sachets are on special this week for $4.00 each so the points take is 700 (=304.5 QFF points) per $8.00 spent.

No other offers at all for me this week :evil:

I got this one too.

Mrs and Ms AisleSeat do actually eat these so it's not an offer that would go to waste. Just bought a big box recently though (not on my WR card). If they're on sale, I might get one box.
 
Couple accounts have free Purina Fancy Feast 450g, while one has 1000 bonus points for purchase of the Purina Fancy Feast 450g.
 
No offers here. I think even Mr Natalie who usually has a steady stream of offers has nothing. Not feeling the love at all.

Hallelujah, I thought, FINALLY getting an offer. Open the email to find the usual cough about "this week's half-price specials" and "How would you like FREE delivery EVERY time you shop in May? All you have to do is spend $100 and enter code FREE100 at checkout*".

How would YOU like to send me an offer I can actually USE, you numpties. I've never placed an online order, and even if I did, there's no way I'd spend $100 in a single shop!. So the weeks continue to tick by and still no WWR offers

Yes, I was disappointed as well. I don't get excited for the offers which just come from "Woolworths" as they rarely have any relevance to what I actually spend at Woolworths. I'm only interested in the ones that say "Woolworths Rewards". Your offer was actually better than the ones my partner and I were sent. They had a target of $120 for free delivery. As like you, I'd never spend $120 in a single shop regardless of whether it was instore or online.

There's no reason for me to take up offers like this especially since I've just completed week 4 of the Woolworths Rewards offer where I spend $65 and got 8000 points. That means I'll only have to pay for $25 of the Week 5 shop, the rest will be paid for by Woolworths dollars.
 
I would have thought that WWR could figure out from the postcode on the account that delivery (much less free delivery) from the nearest WW store isn't available. Of course, the logical next step would be to have some (nice) alternative... Dream on :shock:

And as far as online shopping goes, the wander through the store aisles offers the chance to see the specials (general or store specific) you would never see in the online ad and the quick gaze into the mark down section. How many years will it be before we see the mark down items displayed online?

And lastly since we don't experience Sunday shopping hours (except during the longer holidays), the last half hour before Saturday closing sees 50% off in the deli section on the already sliced products. Well if you are there to see them...

Would the WW higher officials even consider such possibilities? One of the local IGAs is visited simply because they often have Turkish bread on mark-down...
