I was transferred to a supervisor who explained the samething as xx_xx_X. This was the third person at Woolworths credit card to callme a liar. Only after a very firm conversation did the supervisor provide mewith this email to lodge this written complaint.
If I had applied for a card with 5,000 bonus points when youcredited 5,000 bonus points I would not have called you to complain about thepoints being short. I would never apply for this card for only 5,000 bonuspoints (especially when there is a 20,000 point offer in play). I do not likemy integrity being questioned – if this is the customer service I am subjectedto when I am trying to resolve an issue I would hate to think of the customerservice I would be provided if I had to question a transaction or paymentdispute on my card. I am very offended that you do not believe me when Iadvised on multiple occasions that I had lodged via the link provided in theemail. I can understand computer systems having issues and I believe on this occasionyour system is faulty and has not recorded the information correctly from myapplication (I know two other people who have the same issue and are waitingfor my resolution before escalating it also). I am rather disappointed with mycontinual need to confirm that I have applied for this credit card via thelink. As I advised on the phone I am happy to provide affidavits (these areAustralian legal papers) to support my contention that I applied for this cardthrough this link.
Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. The pleasantexperience of apply and getting this card is getting to the point where Iregret every making the application due to the continued need to contact you toresolve issues. If you are unable to resolve my issues should I be contacting athird party to escalate this matter? I look forward to your speedy reply.
I had a page of information at the start with all the contact and my steps I had taken - I have also forwarded the email with the link embedded into it.
Will await to see what B*S* the give me next time they call.
