Has anyone here ever made an EU261 claim against SQ? How did it go?

I have a flight coming up in 2 weeks time booked with Krisflyer points on OS with a 30 minute connection in VIE. Its by far the tightest connection i have ever had but it is within the airports MCT guidelines so it should be routine.

Is this an SQ flight to VIE? If you miss your flight out of VIE SQ should book you on the next flight, but you cannot claim under EU261, as that is not applicable to non-EU airlines flying into the EU.

No it is not an SQ operated flight. It is a Krisflyer partner reward flight on Austrian airlines from ZRH-VIE-LED.

Thanks.
