Etihad cooperate with Darwin to Cambridge (UK)

Potentially another option for Australians (VA/EY) who want to avoid London utilising Darwin Airline (Swiss based carrier) to Cambridge, UK.

No idea about connections but the article claims 8 hours from Cambridge to Abu Dhabi using one of their European destinations (Amsterdam, Paris, Milan, Geneva) to connect to Abu Dhabi. If the connections work then that is around 24 hours so could become competetive.

I will leave it to others to work out the connection possibilities and prices. Link below:
