For some reason the information I am trying to enter for the requirement for travel to usa on my qf flt. details online is not working. I'm sure when I went over last Dec. I didn't have any trouble.

I thought I would ask here before calling qf.

I am dual citizenship and use my us passport for arrival in states. I put in the details for us citizenship/passport number/expiry date. I put in US as country where issued altho. it was done by us consulate in sydney. I'm sure I did this previously. Do you think this is issue, I wasn't game to try it w/out checking with someone here who may know?

I'm putting my brothers address in for destination. Not same add. I used in Dec. but can't see this being an issue. It was a residential add. as well.

I'm completely bewildered, can anyone help?
cheers

I've run in to similar problems before; the Qantas site doesn't seem to like it if you use any non-alphanumeric characters when typing in the details. If you've got any slashes, commas or periods in the address, try removing them and have another go at submitting.

FWIW, I am also a dual US/AU citizen, and never bother with the entering the information on the QF website.

I do get asked at check-in for copy of flight details when departing AU for US, but once I show the US passport, no one cares. Same as u, I use US to enter US, and AU to enter AU.
