Struggling to find much F award availability on EK.

Does anyone know of routes that generally have 2 seats per flight?

Was much easier in the past!

We have 2 first class seats Singapore to Madrid via Dubai and Paris to Singapore via Dubai In august/September. Couldn’t get anything direct from anywhere in Australia. We were also able to get Syd to Singapore and Singapore Sydney in QF F to bookend the trip. We booked within a couple of weeks of those flights being released.

Got 2x F BNE-DXB-CDG for next week but that was booked 11 months ago. More recently booked 1x F DXB-MUC for mid-Dec. This was booked at the end of January and I could have booked a 2nd seat if I had wanted to.

where are you trying to get to and from? Are you open to making a staging flight to Asia?

I recall reading here or on other sites that EK started restricting F rewards across the board to most partners. Also if you are not aware in Mar 22 EK increased the carrier taxes significantly. The carrier taxes MEL-DXB-SEA at the time of booking (Dec 21) was around AUD600 by mid Mar 22 (last time I checked) it was around AUD1800 per person. There is more information here Emirates hikes up carrier charges on reward seats
