Does that mean the first class passengers can bring in the person that paid cash?

Also would she have to sign up to Qantas frequent Flyer?

We are also on different bookings

Hope someone can help me

Yes, a first class passenger on Emirates can have a guest in the Emirates Lounge and also the Qantas First lounge in Sydney before a flight to New Zealand as long as the guest is travelling on the same flight.

No need to sign up to a frequent flyer program specifically for this, although they may as well earn some points.

Can we all go into the emirates lounge then they 2 can go into the Qantas first lounge and I stay in the emirates lounge?, also can they return to the emirates lounge again if they wanted to or is it 1 entry per flight/day?

Sorry just want to make sure

Hi - does anyone know if you re-qualify for silver on the Aus to DXB leg - does your ability to go to the lounge get reinstated immediately?

Or does it take a while to process, issue you silver, and flag you as lounge eligible?

Thanks

Does this apply if flying to Dubai - will I get questioned at the QF lounge as to why I'm not using Emirates (I'm planning to visit both)

If you are on EK J flying to DXB there is no reason why you shouldn't get access to both as it is still an EK flight..

Nope. Use whatever you want, or both!

Same guest rules apply, although guest(s) has to be on the same flight for EK in Australia. In Dubai, less strict.

EK F on QF points
Well in case send most of your time in the F lounge. When travelling with EK I tend spend most of my time in the F lounge and move to EK lounge around 40 minutes prior to boarding. 5-10 minutes to get there and 30 minutes is enough.
