My email from Qantas has come from Amadeus. I am aware it is a platform. Just wondering why my ticket confirmation is from Amadeus not Qantas ?

My last QF metal booking was made Wednesday and I received the etkt from the yourbooking address. Emails I've received from the amadeus address have been for EK award bookings using QF points, just one example and there maybe others.

The plain text e-tickets are generated by Amadeus and come from "Qantas Airways Contact Centres " <[email protected]>

The PDF e-tickets with nicely formatted HTML emails come from "Qantas Customer Services" <[email protected]>

I tend to find any award booking which originates overseas comes as plain text. I have SYD-HKG and HKG-SYD awards booked for the end of the year on separate PNRs - ex SYD I got a PDF, ex HKG I got plain text.
