eligible SC/points earning codeshare flights

Wondering if anyone knows if non-QF operated codeshare flights (ie. with QF number) are eligible for earning QFF SC and FF points? Say QF3825 to PPT (operated by TN). I'm pretty sure other OW airlines codeshares on non-OW metal aren't eligible but not sure if it also applies to QF.

If the flight is not operated by Jetstar and has a Qantas flight number (QF) and it's in an eligible booking class and then it will earn both QFF points and SC's.

If the flight has a QF flight number but is operated by Jetstar then travel will only earn (QFF points and SC's) if the booking class is one of the economy classes of B, H, K or Y. (I don't believe Qantas codeshare StarClass)
