Hi All,

I'm sure I received notification from Amex that my two lounge passes would be available electronically via QFF. Does anybody have any idea where/how I access these? I can't seem to see anything when I log in.

Thanks in advance

Now it's important to note that it's a two step process. The person receiving the passes needs to allocate them to a specific flight.
I sent both of my free passes (QF Premier card) to my sister in law and she presented at SYD QC and they had record of her having the passes. Thankfully she was let in anyway. I rang up QF and found out that she (or I with her pin code) has to log in and assign each pass to a specific flight.
It seems unnecessarily complicated!

Were they wiped from your sisters account even though they were not allocated to specific flights?

She's since used one at the ADL QC but the other one (the one I didn't realise I had to apply to her SYD-ADL booking) is just sitting there in her account waiting to be allocated.

Qantas Complimentary Lounge Invitation - goodbye paper card?

I'm Lifetime Silver with QF, and last year received the usual paper (one use) Complimentary Lounge Invitation.

As I didn't have any QF flights planned before its expiry date at the end of this month, last week I gave the Lounge invite to a work colleague so he could use it for his Friday flight.

Today I received a letter from Qantas advising that my next years Complimentary Lounge Invitation is available to link and manage via qantas.com/freeloungeinvite.

I'm assuming that they are now phasing out the paper cards and going electronic. Am I slow, or has anyone else received this?
