We are on EK 415, in F, in a few weeks time. I had a look through the reports on checking-in and accessing the lounge prior to the 0600 hrs departure, but they are all getting a bit old.

So, what the 2019 drill? Emirates says be at the airport 3 hours before departure but is there anything but baggage check-in open at that time?

We have CD service to the airport, so what is the best time to arrive?

I was there this week. At 430am people we’re still queued 100 deep. As long as you’re there by 445am you’re fine. Emirates lounge opens at 430am.

As Malady says, the Emirates lounge opens at 4.30, as does customs and Emigration I believe, so you can’t access airside any earlier.
The EK lounge is next to the gate whereas the QF F lounge is 10-15 minutes walk away.
There’s an old thread about this here.
SYD Lounge Open time for 6am EK flight

We are on EK415 in 8 days. We have booked the CD to pick us up at 330am and should be at the airport by 415am latest....now I'm thinking we may be a little early :(

That is pretty much the timing I am going to go with.

By the time we've dropped our bags, been through border security and hiked to the southern gate area, the Emirates Lounge should be open.
