EDR Targeted Bonus Point Promotions

Ozgirl, keep track with Kogan, especially any "bonus points" it has taken from June? to yesterday to get my bonus 500 points from them for spending over $200.00 promo.

Oh i will! I learnt my lesson with woolies!

I got 19 pts from a purchase back on 24 sept

I have made a few more in recent weeks and have put flags on the emails to remind me to look into the and keep watch!

Not exactly a targeted EDR offer BUT ... buy a $50 David Jones (or a few others) gift card, swipe your EDR card and you get $10 added to your EDR / Woolworths card to spend within a week. Far better than any Woollies dollars or EDR QF boni. Offer valid to next Tuesday I think.

That's more or less a 20% discount off the cost of the gift card.
That's quite good, although the discounts online DJ's are offering at the moment are even better ( ie get an extra 40% off already discounted clothing after spending $300).

These two offers should be able to stacked (up to 4 giftcards per online tranaction IIRC). Maybe even triple dipped with the Qantas Mall :)

The WW giftcard offer beats the previous best that I know of 10% off via Ent Book

EDIT: The 40% off after spending $300;seems to be with the DJ credit card so not stackable with the WW giftcard offer

EDIT2: Was right the first time. Now appearing on DJ website banner

Yes, the old log in works - I tried it last night. Wasn't worth the effort though LOL.

Yea agreed, works but was not worth the effort! After all these years with such a great program it's such a shame WW have blown it with so many of their loyal customers.

Where can I find the details for this?

With discounted WoW gc then $37.50 for $50 - sounds appealing...

Apparently I am special and deserve to be rewarded but nothing of any value in the email.

This is the first time in a long long time that not one of the five accounts received an offer. I am making the assumption that's the end of the EDR offers as we know them. Goodbye.

Yes it's the end of EDR offers but hopefully the Woolworths Rewards offers will start soon. I thought they would start straight away and one of our accounts would get an offer but as far as I know no targeted offers have been sent out under the new system. I have started a new thread for when the new offers start.

Received the first replacement card on Monday and the second one yesterday.

Reading between the small print - it IMPLIES that if you activate the new card then that is the end of earning QFF points.

Anyone else noticed this?

I was also wondering about this which is why we are using the old cards for now despite receiving new ones on all our accounts.

Ok so still no new card for for the plus one and I

The previous occupant's surname is the same in the alphabet as my plus one.

I am in the middle - plus one early 2/3rds

My sister's husband got his on Wednedsay she has not got her and they have the same surname.

I was then wondering if it was in sequence order (join date) but i don't think that makes sense either with my sister...

No sense or nonsense - pretty much par for the course with EDR.

1st card was for 3rd account opened, 2nd card was for 2nd account opened. Same surname for each.

However, in the 'there must be a reason' mode. Not even sequence of age, month of birth etc works.

Day of birth is working so far. Waiting, waiting for 3rd account to check theory.....

I got my card yesterday, as did my mum (same, end of the alphabet, surname).

Checked the app and my "offer" is the on-sale salmon. So not actually an offer at all...

Maybe with their pokies experience, WW are hoping customers get an endorphin-rush when the accumulated $10 comes off their shop

I haven't received a new card either, and my surname's at the start of the alphabet. Mind you, as the card (IF it's been sent) would have gone out as part of a bulk mailing, I've found letters like that can take anything up to 7-10 days to get over here to Wait Awhile.

Mum was under the impression she would get $10 off shopping everytime she used the card. When I explained to her the deal she lost interest. Wonder how many people will be confused?

i've told the daughters to do the same - keep using old EDR card for the few QFF points

I can't see how it would make any difference which card you used, old or new, since the number and barcode are identical. All that's changed is the branding.

Personally, I'm sticking with my old keyring card, since I find it more convenient. The new card has been filed with a bunch of other cards I only put in my wallet as necessary. (Said pile is currently 27mm thick.)
