I may be the Devil's Advocate here, but I say - why not? If I am already on social media - I see no problem (and let's face it everyone is at some stage or in some form - if you are reading this, you are on RIGHT NOW).
 
Make 1 post per day for 3 days on instagram & facebook. ended up getting 2,000 points for my efforts. Have seen many others putting more effort with videos etc get 20,000+
