This helps, but if I say get 30 of the 110 SC available it’s still a tiny fraction of the 1200 SC needed for WP retain. It’s not going to make or break whether I retain WP.

I think when you combine this promo with the literal gift of 80SC to SG & 150SC to all WP for free (with absolutely no spend requirement) last month, which wouldn't affect any VFF defectors, it is clear they're not meeting their own member retention targets.

Selfishly, that’s fine by me (and probably plenty of others here). Less peeps in lounges, less peeps vying for CRs, upgrades etc!

However, those coming across from VA would be crazy not to take the leg up while they can. Quite a few are quite easy earners but does require a bit of collateral spend in the QF eco-system.

Yes but unlike VFF the EDR transfer to QFF is all or nothing. You can't transfer in multiples of 2,000.

Looking at my activity statement, points from the QF Health App track under "Health, Leisure & Entertainment" and appear to be attributed to Qantas Health. The T&C's aren't clear on whether these will count in this offer.

And for the shopping category, I don't see an exclusion for the most straightforward transaction

I had $20 banked in EDR, transferred once i got the confirmation emai.

It’s 9am on the very first day of the promotion. I’m not at all a QF fan-boy but I think give ‘em a couple of days.

For reference the offical FAQ from the registration page:

If you’ve earned 1,000 Qantas Points in a category, the Status Credits will be awarded within six to eight weeks from the date the Qantas Points landed in your account.
