Does this seem like a good deal?

You can earn 2500 Qantas points for every $10,000 invested in a La Trobe Financial 12 Month Term account, up to a maximum earn of 150,000 Qantas points. There's a variable interest rate, currently 6% p.a. after fees, reviewed monthly.

Looks like you earn the points in the month after opening the account, but you need to keep your money in there for 12 months.

These are the T&Cs from the website regarding the Qantas points offer:

Australia resident Qantas Frequent Flyer members who make an Eligible Investment of a minimum of $10,000 with La Trobe Financial on or after 1 August 2020 in a 12 Month Term Account will receive 1 Qantas Point per $4 invested up to a maximum of 150,000 Qantas Points (at the discretion of La Trobe Financial eligible investors may be entitled to receive additional Qantas Points). Qantas Points will be rounded up to the nearest whole Qantas Point. You must register your Qantas Frequent Flyer details with La Trobe Financial to earn Qantas Points. Qantas Points will be credited to the member’s Qantas Frequent Flyer account by the 7th of the subsequent month after the investment has been made. Unless specifically referred to in this document, this offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other advertised or promotional offer, and may be withdrawn, changed or removed at any time. Hi, I have taken advantage of the qantas points earn on select La Trobe Financial Investments.
The investment is for 12 month periods .
I have read the terms of the package - Qantas Disclaimer - Investments – La Trobe Financial
and find them confusing.
I am guessing that withdrawing my investment at the end of the 12 month term and immediately reinvesting it to get the 1 in 4 or 1 in 2 qantas points associated with the new investment is likely not allowed but
How long after a withdrawal of my funds can I reinvest them and get the Qantas points?
I have had situations where I invested my funds for a period of 12 months , withdrew them to use for a variety of preplanned reasons , then subsequently had funds that allowed me to reinvest. I have been reticent to do so because I could do other things with the money that generated qantas points ( I am afraid that, say, a reinvestment of funds in 6 months would not generate QFF points.
Is there a simple explanation of rules to reinvesting and still earn points
Hope my question has not been confusing.
