E-Visa/ESTA/ETA - Official Websites by Country

Hi, all,
How up-to-date is the information on Sherpa?

I've got a very short trip planned for September. The countries that are on the list to be visited are Mauritius, UK, Germany, and possibly Italy. There will also be potential transits through Oman, or Singapore. There is also the potential of collecting my bags and re-checking them in either CGK or China.

I already have a UK ETA approved last year (which should last me through to next year).

With regards to the new European entry form - ETIAS - what are the current rules with this (I'm aware of the potential long lines, finger-print and facial scanning)?

Apart from arrival cards, would there be any other ETA-like forms that I would need to complete?

For Indonesia there appears to be a 30-day e-visa or a tourism visa. As I'd only be there for a few hours, I'd want to complete as little as possible to make the journey as smooth as possible.

How up-to-date is the information on Sherpa?

I’ve always added Sherpa as completely up-to-date and reliable. Don’t know when it comes to days from a country changing its policies though but I think I once saw in there information on an upcoming change so I’d be happy to rely on it. It gives you links to their sources so you can check yourself.

If you haven’t been through the EU in the last six months yes there will be fingerprinting and face pictures. Personally I haven’t experienced the long lines etc either for my first scan or subsequently.

Sometimes when there are very long lines some borders will skip the new ID and process manually.
