I added this into the emirates skywards forum and thought its probably better to submit this question in the question forum instead.
I checked my E-ticket for a flight on Nov23 and Jan6 and noticed that it says "coupon validity: not before / not after 22Nov2016" under each, which doesn't sound right. Does that mean it's not valid at all? Sorry if this is a silly question, I've never seen this where the dates don't match up with the day of the flight. I tried searching aff for previous results and couldn't find any that answer this. Appreciate any help here

Can you either post a screenshot of the itinerary in question, or if you don't feel comfortable posting your itinerary publicly, feel free to PM it to me.

I assume your outbound departure is around late November. You're booked in a flex class, that NVA date will actually mean 23 NOV 2017.

Ok thanks. Its so strange I've never seen this. Its usually got just the day of departure. Thanks

It's very normal on flex fares. Restricted fares will usually have the not valid before and not valid after set to the date of travel. It's really a bit of a hangover from paper ticketing days - a lot of airlines ignore the NVB/NVA fields these days.
