DXB business lounge, multiple entries on long layover

I'm eyeing a MEL-DXB-AMS redemption in J on Emirates metal.

One of the flight options has a 23hr layover which I'm thinking might be a good way of breaking up the trip and attempting to conquer jetlag.

Assuming I take this flight and book into the airside hotel at DXB, will I be able to enter and reenter the Business lounge multiple times?

I won't be heading landside during this layover.

23hr layover would see me at least going out rather than staying airside, worst case I would be hitting the Holiday Inn which is very reasonable, doesn’t sell rooms in 3hr blocks compared to airside.

Yes, you can enter and re-enter as you like. You can go concourse hopping and try all 4 lounges that you qualify for, too. (Business in A, B and C, and The Emirates Lounge in C.)

Have you done this flight before? For most people, flying west-bound doesn’t come with jet lag… so flying right the way through is probably going to be fine, and won’t incur the extra time. Better maybe to get a flight that arrives amsterdam in the afternoon allowing you to sleep at night as usual.

No, not eligible. As I understand it, you need to be on the shortest possible connection time and I'm kind of deliberately picking the longest connection time.

On the EK site, go to the Dubai Connect. If it shows under your booking, you may be eligible. Submit and see. There are reports of folks having it approved.

I don't ever remember having jetlag, from 1000's of flights.
The trick is to ONLY stay awake for the first 2 hours of every flight. You must sleep the remainder of the flight, regardless of length.
Messing up your body twice, essentially puts it back to normal.
