Dubai connect - charge more?

Sorry for making repeat threads about free stopover in Dubai and Dubai Connect.

I have asked google AI and not 100% sure that information is clear. I need to find out that we have to pay extra for changing date and fare after we booked the tickets.

I have looked at the airfare on the Emirates booking website and said that a pax is eligible for free stopover. I am wondering whether the airfare will charge more for changing dates - under 24 or 48 hours?

Can’t answer for EK specifically, but in general, changing dates or flights before departure will usually include additional charges, with the fare re-priced at the current level on the day you make the change. It shouldn’t make any difference when you make the change, other than the fare might go up the closer you get to departure.
