Dual FF# in a booking (FQTS and FQTV)

Has anyone had recent experiences on Qantas using the FQTS and FQTV method.

I am QFWP and would like to put this in the FQTS field and am AA Gold so would like to earn the points here and thus put it in the FQTV field.

Does anyone know what would show on the boarding pass or the passenger manifest? I would like to access the first lounge in Dubai during the transit so having the QFWP on the boarding pass would probably make it easier.

Havn't with Qantas, there are others who may have.

I have done this with NZ to credit to VA with mainly (5/6) success but I am still trying to get credit for a flight taken 4 months ago.
