I know your pain I flew premium economy during the qantas ground they gave me double status credits just not for a premium economy fare.
i emailed them on the 6th of November and I only just recieved a email about it this week.
And what reply do I get, an email asking if I can send the email that they sent me Advising me of the promotion.
dont they keep track of this?
