What date / time did you make the bookings?
I booked too soon and fell foul of the UTC glitch in last year's promo and it was a struggle to get the points credited.

I flew on 16 March and double points were credited on 19 March. All up, fairly painless.

I booked on 4/3, a day before the offer ended. They were international, UK to Aus, so maybe they are just taking their time.
