We are on a DONE4 BNE-SYD-LHR-AGP-LHR-DFW-SJT-DFW-SFO-SYD-BNE.
Can someone calculate the status credits and FF points for such a trip. We are both QFGold:D and hope to achieve Platinum using this trip.

Knowing what flys into SJT will work out which cabin classes is available.

SJT is served by ATR72 or EJR145, so your D will be an economy ticket.

20 SC each way instead of 40 SCs

but DFW-SFO sold as 2 class you will get 120 SC instead of 80SC

So total is 900 SCs for that trip just some flights you get more others you get less.

SJT flights will book into Y class (assuming AA3000-AA4599 series) so that's -20 x 2. The DFW-SFO flight should be in First class, so that's 40 SC's more - so still 900 SC's

The realities are that the OP could easily earn another 200-300 SC on the 3 still available NA segments with little additional outlay - not to mention using 10 of 16 segments.

Is it Y or L? I know when I did a quote on an all Y config flight on QF, it booked into L :( (SIN-DPS when it was still up and running)

AeAgle flights are AA3000-AA3999 series - no F or J and DONEx's book into Y class.

For all other flight segments with no F or J class (cabin or availability), you get booked into L when on a DONEx. Thre is also a LAN application of Y - it's new; I'll look it up.

That is good to know. :)

Cheers for the clarification.

Side question, Why the expemption for AeAgle AA4xx_ flights?

AA do use Y when you use an economy segment on a DONE4.
On my most recent DONE4 it was initially ticketed by QF.The last segment PER-BME on Qantaslink was in L.Reissued by AA after upgrading DFW-FRA to F with AA.So I got credited as Y on this segment to Aadvantage.Mrsdrron credited to QFF was as L.
