Hello,

I'm booked to fly SYD - MEL this week ... but I need to move the date forward a month.

Flight was booked Economy - with a Classic Upgrade Award applied, so now in Business.

The new flight I want to change to is currently showing Business Classic Award availability.

Before I waste several hours on hold - does anyone know whether the call centre will process a change that allows me to retain the upgrade? Obviously with the $99 change fee.

OR - do I simply cancel the upgrade, receive my points back less 5,000 points ... adjust the booking, and apply for a new upgrade?

Thanks

Have you tried to Change in Management my booking? Not sure if it will work, but would avoid call centre.
