Does SQ website "Manage booking" ever work?

For the first time in quite a while, I have booked a flight via the SQ website, and I have been trying to use the "manage booking" facility to make some minor amendments. But everything I try: entering passport data, changing seat, or selecting meal, gets rejected (after a lengthy wait). Do others experience this, or is it something peculiar to me and my booking?
 
Have used that feature like a gazillion times with little problems - occasionally like all web sites hiccups do occur bot mostly come good in a short time or day later.
 
Sometimes its not working, about a month ago every time I login, I can see my upcoming flights. Since about a week ago, upcoming flights always do not appear, and I have to retrieve booking!

I was worried, I thought my booking is gone/cancelled so I rang SQ was advised everything is good :)
 
I've been trying to book vegan meals on our flights in November. It will not allow me to select the first BNE-SIN sector. I click on the sector in the booking it and it takes me to the SIN-JKT sector every time. I'm going to give up and call them..
 
Sometimes using the mobile site gets rid of any problems - works perfectly even if the regular site doesn't.
 
Haven't had a problem with seat selection etc, my problem is with changing an online booking after departure. Has happened twice now (once in Y on a Flexi saver & once in J). Comes up with 'cannot change online, contact the call centre'. Know I've been able to do this but quite some time ago, so is it due to the new SQ website that came in last year or is this now the norm for changes after departure?

=> heg - BTC cannot be selected until T-90 IIRC - menus do change seasonally so they will not permit BTC too far in advance
 
Still no joy at all: obviously they just don't like me!
 
But why the Passport issue? Do you need to update your Passport details because you have a new Passport issued since making a booking?

I omitted to enter the passport data when I made the booking originally.

Further to this, I have noticed that when I log on to my KF account, the booking does not show, despite the booking itself clearly showing the correct KF number. I'm afraid this system does not inspire confidence...

I'm not trying to BTC. I'm simply trying to put a vegan meal into my booking. Every time I go into the BNE-SIN leg it brings up the SIN-JKT leg....

Does the name you entered into the booking match exactly the name in your KF account?

Whenever my partner made a KF award booking for me from his account, with my KF number in it, it would never appear in my account and the KF number wouldn't stick. It turned out I was set up as an award nominee just as "SURNAME FIRSTNAME", and therefore ticketed as such. My KF account is in the name of "SURNAME FIRSTNAME MIDDLENAME" which meant there was a mismatch between the two. We have since amended (my name as a nominee), but that was a whole different drama ...

Of course, there could be some other bug too ...
 
I wasn't aware you could complete a booking without passport details being included.

Very odd then. Some bug somewhere, apart from above, can't say I've ever had that sort of problem, especially booked through SQ itself.

Yes you can, or at least you could - not sure if it's still the case, but in September last year when we were booking our PER-ARN return trip for this June, I didn't put passport details in for either of us and there was just a reminder on the itinerary to supply passenger information in advance to save time at the airport, so I updated that information on the booking via the SQ website a few months later.
 
Well, my KF a/c details now show the booking correctly (a week after the booking was made); but attempted changes still get bounced.
 
Anyone having issues this morning? I'm trying to log in to update my seats and meals and it's stuck on the logging in screen. :(
