Note the OP didn't say they travelled JAlthough for a while my preference was not for Qantas in Business due to unpredictability of service levels (and Neil Perry's awful menu) I am flying them a lot more now domestically and international.
Poor service bris/manila/bris flight. Drinks spilt on you, food trollies run into you, interiour of plane looks like it's falling apart & the food was terrible & if you asked for a drink the steward never came back.
Qantas stands for poor service & poor maintenance.
SHAME ON YOU!
Hi, I don't think you'll get much sympathy from me with that little information. Would you care to expand on your points?
I know there’s generally a lot of turbulence over the Philippines on CX, so if there was turbulence while they were serving food I could understand a little. Still not good obviously.

Sadly the aircraft operating flights to Manila are about the oldest international aircraft in Qantas' fleet. It's certainly not a good advertisement for Qantas' usual standard on international services.
In saying that, turbulence around the SE Asia / China Sea region is not unusual IME (honestly, turbulence any where is not unusual).
Qantas stands for poor service & poor maintenance.
