Discussion on Cats, Moggies and Felines in general [with Pictures]

Well that was a surprise, we got a call just after 10pm saying he could go home. He is eating drinking and pulled his drip out. :)
Back home and he is being his old self, brought in one of his toys for us to play with him. He’ll need more drugs, but so glad he seems to be alright.

Suggestion is inflammation of the gallbladder, cholangitis. Long term? I don’t know, is it normal to remove a gallbladder in cats?

I wasn’t looking forward to going away on Tuesday if he was still unwell.

You will have even more grey hair now Cossie - he has certainly taken over the household! Such a gorgeous puss though.

Edit - danged autocorrect changed Cossie's name - he became Cassie

He had a quick visit to the vet, he has gained a bit of weight. We are off tomorrow for 2 weeks and are trying a different cattery.
He was good at the vets, no hissing or growling.
He also has been in the back cat run for a while checking out the lizard. Think it is the same one from previous years.

Whilst waiting in SEA-TAC Alaska lounge we went past this little animal. He was a 3 month old Mancoon (spelling?) which was so laid back and chilled it wasn’t funny. Happy to be harnessed, let everyone pat him and just not fazed by being a frequent flyer cat.

Friend visited Max, all is good, she even got a cuddle from him. When it’s his time to be out, he goes straight to a cage that has a female Siamese. Hmmmm, perhaps something to consider when we are home, although our vet didn’t think it was a good idea to get another cat.

He is a handsome looking puss. MsCossie will need to make sure there are no lingering scents on her clothes or Max may well be quite put out.

His was intact and very muscular. They get a lot of stays dumped there because the locals know they will be taken in and looked after and quite often desexed as well.
