Discussion on Cats, Moggies and Felines in general [with Pictures]

He very vocal at first, the vet gave us some drugs to give him only when very stressed, the cattery staff gave him these everyday. He has been sleeping a lot at home, I guessing because it’s so cold, so hopefully he will do the same there without the drugs.

The boss dropped him off at the cattery yesterday, she said he was hissing, growling and snarling, sounds she had not heard from him before.
He wouldn’t exit his carry cage, so it was turned on it’s end so he basically fell out….

My cat did that whenever she went to the cattery. After the first time I would call ahead and get them to prepare the suite. When I arrived, near the end of the day, I would be taken straight through and put the carry cage in the suite. I then opened the door and retreated. Sometimes she would sit in the cage for an hour before coming out.

The next day she would be all lovey dovey demanding cuddles and pats from the staff.

Oh dear - sounds like he doesn't like to be away from his mummy and daddy. But he is a resilient fellow and I am sure he will get over it. Where are you off to this time?
