Discussion on Cats, Moggies and Felines in general [with Pictures]

There are many local FB groups where info on missing pets can be posted. I find the double tragedy of losing FF and Seamus still missing particularly awful. What city are they in?
She has contacted every organisation and looked at FB, but suspects that perhaps he has been bitten by a snake as they are in a bushy area. She's in Canberra. She is thinking that she should get another cat shortly as it is very lonely with none to meet her at home. She is also going to investigate a cat enclosure.

:( I find bringing the ashes home to be harder in some ways. It’s makes it very final.
I think she is able to cope with FF’s death (sad though it is); the devastating thing was Seamus just disappearing. She had had him for 12 years and to not know is very hard. We are thinking maybe snake bite.
There was a very sweet card from the vet clinic with FF’s little paw prints. That broke me up. :(

We had the ranger here today to get the feral Ginger tom who's been terrorising the neighbourhood. He was severely injured but still put up a fight when the ranger used her clamp to drag him into the cage.

He has been euthanised by now due to his injuries. The ranger told us that she has collected 52 cats/kittens today!

So sad but really the best thing. Fifty two is a huge number!

After losing both cats, DrLtL has decided that it is just too lonely without a little furry friend so meet Sabi. She is 16 weeks old and was dumped. She has a lovely little nature and is very affectionate. Poor lamb had to go back for desexing today so is a bit miserable.

She is looking at something very intently. Food?
No, not food, but not sure what she was looking at. Daughter took photo not long after she got her. Sabie (now with an e) has become a little naughty! She likes to flush the toilet and carry treasures into the lounge. Her outside run is being installed in a couple of weeks so that should help.
