Disappearing Altitude points balance

Anyone else's huge stockpile of Altitude points inexplicably drop to 1 in the last few hours? I assume it's a glitch. Balance showing in Westpac Banking (in arrears) is right but AwardWallet returned 1 so I clicked through to Altitude and it says my balance is 1. However, it shows my accrual history and no recent debit.

I've tweeted them for support.
