DIfferent Points shown on Credit Card Statement to what arrived in Account

Hey guys,

Looking for a quick tip from you guys. I recently applied for the NAB Plat card when it had a sign on bonus of 20,000 Velocity Points. I've had the card for about 2 months now and got my first statement the other day. On it, it shows points transfered to Velocity as being 20,0064. Since I only spent $64 on the card I was happy the bonus points had been credited.

Unfortunatly checking my Velocity account only 64 points actually made it. So the statement says 20,0064 but only 64 arrived. I realise that NAB stipulate the bonus points can take 3 months to credit, but does this seem normal to anybody? They're on the statement so surely they should have been credited to Velocity?

Just seeking in prior experience before I call either NAB or velocity myself.

I just got my first statement but nothing mentioned about the bonus 20k points, just the 4000 from spend. Will be keen to see how this pans out.

Same here. No mention of the 20K Velocity points on my first statement. Only the spend points.

First statement points posted 18th Dec, 20,000 bonus arrived on the 13th January just before the second statement on the 17th January. The second statement also had the $150 annual fee. Hope that helps.
