Just got another call from SYD CTO. PNR yoga for reissue all completed and they were just about to reissue. Apologised that they've delayed it till now as apparently the "ticketing officer" doesn't come in daily, and they were snowed under all last week. Plus I have a "very complicated itinerary.":lol:

They aren't sure whether it'd end up as an electronic ticket or paper... though mentioned that The System is showing "electronic ticket eligible." I suppose I'd soon find out.

Oh and as expected I am charged the USD125 (at BSR that was AUD146) reissue fee. No mention of difference in taxes.

edit:...and it's an eticket. eticket receipt now up on aa.com
