Anyone else experiencing any delays in SCs crediting for VA flights at the moment? Hubby and I flew PER-LAX (VA ticketed, VA metal) at the beginning of the week - hubby's SCs for both flights (PER-SYD and SYD-LAX) credited 4 days ago but no sign of anything on my account yet for either flight.

Yep I am missing SC's from flights last VA MEL-SYD flight two Fridays ago, as is my GF.

I know it's always an ongoing issue and there have been numerous threads on the same subject, but it's just SO frustrating especially when flights are booked through the VA website, VA flight numbers on VA metal, both Velocity numbers on the booking, both passengers on the same PNR ... and yet the SCs and points are only processed for one person and not the other. Now almost a week after the first flight and nothing's shown up yet - it's also frustrating having to wait out the 14 day period to submit a retro claim as I think it's very unlikely my SCs and points are going to post - it would have happened by now if it was going to, seeing as hubby's posted days ago and you would think they should be processed in the same data run.

Same here. I received my SC and points in just one day, but my wife is still waiting for hers after a week. We were on the same flights and on the same booking.

@VirginAustralia on Twitter is the quickest way to get a response.

Noticed you are all Plat, interesting.. or coincidence

Not on Twitter unfortunately, but might have to give it a try.

Yes, hubby's Gold and he's received his SCs and points without any problems, and I'm Platinum and still nothing on my account almost 10 days on ...

I emailed Velocity and received a reply to say the flights had already been submitted and that the points would be credited to my account "within 7 days of lodging your retro claim" and to contact them again if they didn't come through in 7 days. The thing is, I hadn't even lodged a retro claim yet ... I did try to, after receiving the email from Velocity just to see what would happen, and sure enough, it tells me the details for both flights have already been submitted. So it appears somehow the VA/VFF system didn't process the SCs and points as normal (for whatever reason) but then the system has somehow automatically submitted them as a retro claim? Has anyone else come across something like this??? Still nothing on my account yet ... and of course as I have no idea when this info was apparently "submitted" on the system, I have no way of knowing whether the 7 days is already up and if I need to chase them up again yet!

I received that message as well when submitting the retro claim last week but it's been 7 days now and now status credits and points :(

Update: I spoke to the Platinum line and apparently the flights are in the system and will be processed at some point....

Well, at least that's hopeful (I guess) to hear that - I'm not able to ring them as we're still in the US at the moment. Mind you, who knows what period of time "at some point" might mean :( .

Same issue here. I've got my Mel-Syd flight but not return, where my partner has her return but not departure.
Getting the same error when I try to do a retro claim.
