I flew SQ on a VA ticketed flight over Easter long weekend (flew out Saturday), and wifey joined from SIN on SQ ticket with VA FF number, the points and SC have still not credited, this has never been the case previously as point would generally credit a day or two after flight. Any one else observed this ?
FYI tickets were on eligible sub class, L for VA ticketed and H for SQ ticket.

I have the same problem, we flew SQ on VA marketed flights and put a claim in for them today.

thanks Denali, will need to wait still within the 14 day period when points can credit.. Surprising how something that was working well can break

I flew Singapore to Brisbane on Good Friday with SQ. My points and SCs credited to my velocity account on Easter Sunday.

Meggsy, are you registered for the SQ bonus points offer?? Wonder if that's a factor.

Yes I am registered. My points for my flight over the Monday before also posted within 2 days.

I flew VA SYD-MEL on Good Friday and MEL-SYD on Monday - nothing has posted for me either.

I just flew VA SYD-PER, PER-MEL, MEL-SYD (all within a 24 hour period) yesterday .. and nothing has appeared on my account either.
Also, I used points to upgrade to J. They have been deducted from my account according to the Velocity website, but not according to the VA website.
Something must have broke over the long long weekend. :/

I should also add that I flew OOL - MEL, MEL - OOL down on Easter Saturday and back on Easter Sunday and the points and SCs for both flights were in my velocity account on the night of Easter Monday. Same for my wife, who was on a different PNR, so it is clearly still working for some people. Hope it all gets quickly sorted for those that are missing points, etc.

Still nothing from flights I flew 23 days ago and claimed over a week ago.

As our renewal date is 23rd May, any idea what would happen if these aren't credited by then?

Thanks

you should be OK, just email the gold / platinum line they should be able to help. and anyway, VA card is valid until 23 June and new card will only be sent by then.

certainly seems slower than usual - though technically still within their windows. My flight from 17th hasn't gone in yet, they normally show within a couple of days - but it gets knocked back as within the 14 day window when trying to do a retro claim.

Has anyone had the experience of flight actually crediting within 14 days if the credit has not happened in the 2-3 day window.

All my flights of recent have been posting within 48 hours, if not 24.... The last two bringing me into Platinum, so I shall not worry about deadlines really til next year

Im still waiting for a total of 8 flights to be credited. Annoying because in the meantime, Im getting emails that our status is due for review and we currently dont qualify for renewal.

After having had to chase up SCs on several occasions before, I was astounded to find the SCs for both flights (including the double SCs from the targeted offer) from a same-day PER-MEL-PER status run this week posted by the following afternoon, so less than 24 hours in my case. These were pooled to Mr Jurahn to requalify him for Gold, so very happy that they posted so quickly - thumbs up to Virgin on this occasion! :)
