David Jones AMEX- Amex Connect Difficulties

I've just received my first AMEX-issued card (Have a few bank issued cards) and for some reason, it won't let me into Amex Connect with the DJ's card..
Is this card excluded from the offers program? I'd find that strange since the bank cards are allowed...

David Jones and David Jones Platinum both receive offers

It takes a few weeks to start getting offers ... you may in the mean time be able to manually sign up using the link-specific offers.

Once you've held the card for a month it should appear automatically from there on.

I was actually just about to post the exact same thing.

I have had both the AMEX DJ, ANZ Platinum and QANTAS Ultimate cards.

I'm have no problems with ANZ Platinum but I have never been able to do it unless done manually on my AMEX proprietary cards which I have had for at least 2-4 months depending on the card.

Don't need to access via Amex connect for Amex issued cards.
You should be able to access offers in the iPhone app (not sure about android). Just select the card you want then tap on the menu button and there will be an option for offers.
On the Amex website when you login to your account, will also have an "offers" tab.

None of the offers that appear on AMEX Connect appear in my android application or My Account. When I manually enrol, it will then appear.

No offers available in my iPhone app either, so hopefully it just takes some time to connect.
