Hi all

Recently ditched the Edge and got the DJ Amex card - was short of some Asia Miles, and this card offers sign-on bonus even for existing American Express cardholders (as long as you haven't held a David Jones card within the last 18 months).

If you spend $750 outside of David Jones within the first three months you receive 25,000 reward points or Qantas points.

The earn rate on the card is as follows, and as bulk of my spend is on groceries/fuel it is equivalent to edge.
  • Earn 3 Reward Points per dollar spent at major supermarkets and petrol stations
  • Earn 2 Reward Points per dollar spent at David Jones
  • Earn 1 Reward Point per dollar spent everywhere else
This converts at rate of 2 rewards points to 1 FF point (Krisflyer, Velocity, Asia Miles) or 1 Qantas Point.

Annual fee is a reasonable $99

Anyway here's the link, would appreciate anyone clicking through

Great offer for my friends and family!

(As referrer, I receive 30,000 points)

Alternatively here's a link to the DJs Platinum card, offers bonus of 40,000 rewards points. Similar to regular card but earns more in-store at David Jones and comes with $295 annual fee
