CZ & MH Booking classes

Hi All,

I'm trying to work out my likely SC earn from an upcoming trip and hoping for some help.

I'm booked on QF 71 from PER - SIN and the booking class is S - I think this gets me 25SC
Then on CX 716 SIN - HKG - same booking class - S - can't work this one out as the earning table doesn't seem to show an S class for CX
Finally MH0433 - HKG - KUL - This one says Q on the itinerary given by the travel agent, but again, I can't find this in the earnings table.

Can anyone help please?

Are these all economy class? If the booking class is not shown in the airline's earning table that means it earns zero status credits and points.

Yes, they're all economy.

Hmm, how annoying. I can understand the MH leg as I know they cut the earning potential with MH. The PER - SIN - HKG legs appear to be on one QF ticket number, they show up under the same booking reference number. If this is the case then I'd earn for the QF leg but not for the CX leg? Seems a bit odd.

I think you'll earn 20 SC for both SIN-HKG and HKG-KUL

*assuming CX S and MH Q class earn, which they appear to earn under the partner earning table:

suggests CX S class is fine, but MH Q class is *not*

MH booking class that earn for MH flights not on oz-KUL are:

KLMV(discount Y)

BH(Y)

Y(Flex Y)

CDIJZ(Business)

AF (First)

so looks like 45SC for PER-SIN-HKG and nothing for HKG-KUL

Thanks RichardMel, that's the conclusion I'm coming to. It was a much cheaper flight compared to the alternative CX flight which was more than double the price. Beggars can't be choosers I suppose.

CX and MH S classes earn nothing at QFF. You can credit CX S class to BA or CX.

I'm so sorry. I must have read the MU earning table by error and saw the "S" there.
