Earlier this week I was trying to use "Select on Q-Eat" to choose a meal for an international flight tomorrow, and kept getting an error message telling me to call Customer Care.

(The response was basically "You'll be able to choose a meal onboard anyway".)

Today it seems that the entire "Customise Your Journey" is missing from all of my future bookings... just a glitch localised to me?

I had the same error for my outbound flight last week, but it's functional again for my return on Sunday.

Not here for me -went today to select 7 days out and no option anywhere. Was there about two weeks ago but not within time frame so I couldn't use it.

After reading this thread I went into my bookings to check "Customise Your Journey" mine is also gone... Interesting??

I was getting the same error in mid January for my LAX-SYD in J. Could not choose meals online.
Got to our QF12 and had a limited choice available on board as of course they ran out of the meals I actually wanted.
Emailed QF about several issues over my journey. I of course have heard zilch, nada, nothing, zero, back from my airline of choice that between the six travellers we spent a reasonable amount of coin on J flights.
I even took the survey about my first flight, had the opportunity to email the survey provider who told me he would follow up with QF as I gave them a pasting about one aspect of my SYD-LAX QF107 and after two follow up emails with him have still heard diddly squat.
Oh well.....

Very curious, disappeared from my bookings also.
Can't book Chauffeur drive either for next month's long haul.
The usual useless options eg. "pay $180 for an exit row" when the booking is in J remain at the top of the page.
Another website "enhancement" or actual change of conditions ?
