The Melbourne F lounge does it better.

I needed a chainsaw to cut the sourdough. Too much fat left on the bacon and the tomato was a shriveled mess.

Been a while since I've been in SYD, but when were the self-serve teabags removed? Always enjoyed the bush tea, and service is abysmal tonight - waited 30 minutes for someone to come past the seated area down the south side.

Pork belly in Melbourne lounge. Superb dish. Very tasty, pork melt-in-mouth. Not much crab would be my only criticism, but not really needed in my view.



This is the lamb noodles. Anything but spicy (which is not unexpected). Tasty enough but quite oily. Very generous serve and tender lamb on the plus side.

Had a young couple seated next to me in the F lounge. Each ordered about four things off the menu. Proceeded to take a bazillion photos of themselves and the dishes. Most were left almost wholly uneaten before leaving..

All three generous, very rich and delicious. Clams the standout for me. P1 menu specials. No pic but recall it has been posted already.

Agree with the clams. I had them a couple of weeks ago and wanted to order seconds

Great day in SYD Flounge yesterday. We enjoyed the sardines and pork belly so much we had a second round. The mains, snapper and lamb noodles were nothing to write home about. We both managed to grab spa appointments and had hot stones back massages. The Taittinger was top notch too

Pretty poor service this morning. Ordered scrambled eggs, toast and some hash browns at 6am. The eggs and toast arrived 20 mins later, asked for more toast and the hash browns, twice, which took another 20 mins. Left at 6:50am still not having got my drink that I ordered at 6:20am. Water only filled up once. Maybe because my flight to NZ is in economy?!

1000x better this morning - treated like a king !
