Credit Card with insurance for up to 1 year

For my parents - they are retired and travel for up to a year at a time.
I can only see commonwealth bank for $425/year.
Are there any other CC's that provide up to 1 year travel insurance?

Some of the better CC insurances come from Bank Issues Amex card like the Westpac "Earth" - there are also some reasonable Citibank products.
