Thank you for the well wishes. In true Virgin style I will remain coy about what I am going to do next but will be sure to let you know in due course and will continue to participate in AFF. My immediate next adventure is a month's cycling in France during July - I hear some other guys are doing something similar.

No need to go to France in July, we recycle in Victoria all the time.
