Was checking CPX out of CNS to HK using FF points looks like they are no more, can't find any, anyone know why?.

I dont believe that you can book CX flights online currently on QFF - its some form of a known problem. If you call to book they might waive the phone booking fee.

I booked one onine April and December 07 using CPX as carrier, but these flights are all now missing from the FF site.

As simongr states; there is a problem with booking award flight on CX using the Qantas.com FF utility; been an issue since early this year.

CX102 flys direct CNS-HKG on Tue, Thu & Sun and via BNE on Wed, Fri & Sat.

CX103 flys direct HKG-CNS on Mon, Wed & Sat and via BNE on Tus, Thu & Fri.

Call Qantas FF and ask; they will generally waive the 2½K 'phone award booking fee in these cases.

Fair enough, just wondered why they are not there anymore?, is easier to book on line of course.
