Counting your points transfer

i have 10's of thousands of points transferred from my Amex each month. so, i had no idea if the balance being transferred was correct. after checking the expenditure for the period Dec to January found that i was about 10,000 points short of the mark. i have Amex checking to give an answer for the discepency. i am yet to get an answer!!

has anybody else had the same problem.regards

Only once apparently due to the cut off date. I made the same call (Points junkie) The account was corrrect the following month with missing points accounted for. :mrgreen:

Very confusing thread in the Open discussion sub-forum....

Is this about a KrisFlyer Amex or general transfers from Amex to other loyalty programs? I have not had any issues from general Amex transfers to other loyalty programs.

I believe that the "month" for earning of points doesn't match your "statement" month exactly with Amex. They are out by a few days.

So as commented earlier, they will likely be caught up.
