Since my last community announcement just over 2 weeks ago, the situation has unfortunately only been getting worse with a truely devastating impact on individual lives, our society, our economy and of course the airline industry.
To ensure our members can easily find information and discuss the Coronavirus, I am now regretfully increasing the visibility of that forum and adding some new sub-categories (Travel Bans and Restrictions, Refunds and Travel Insurance, Isolation and Quarantine, News and Updates).

Over the coming days, our moderators and support staff will be moving existing threads to the relevant sub-category. If you create a new thread, please post it to the appropriate category.
This is a very challenging time for us all. Stay safe and look after your self. Also be sure to care for others. When this is all over - and it will be - we will be remembered by the kindness and humanity we are displaying right now.
