I can't remember how we get these. Can I book any flight as long as its a QF i.e. domestic or international? And does it have to be a flight in the name of the card holder.

Thanks for any help with this. I'm taking my family overseas and would like them to join us in the club lounge.
 
I think you have to spend with QF, and then ring up and request them. Or the other way around. A nuisance anyway.

Yes. You first have to register for the passes, spend on QF then hassle them for the passes. They can be quite slack in sending them so I recommend calling them to make sure you get them.
 
Do you have status with Qantas? You can bring a person in.

But I also didn't realise that you can request complimentary access just because you fly qf. Or am I misreading the question?
