Complimentary Lounge invitation beyond expiry date?

I got 2 Complimentary invitations shown on my Qantas Account online expiring on Aug 23.

1. However, my wife's QF flight is on Aug 24! I could still see the flight booking details on the page with the "link invitation" that I could click. If I link it this week, will the system pick up the expiry date and cancel the lounge access on Aug 24?

2. How could I 'link' the invitation to my daughter's flight booked separately that is not seen in my Qantas account?

You can transfer invitations to other FF members using the invitation portal. Then your daughter can link it to her reservation.

1. You could try and hope the famed QF IT does not pick it up but prepare your wife for a walk of shame back out into the general terminal.

2. Can you send her the invitation, ie. to her FF number/surname combination?
