Coles Plus subscription program

Does anyone know how the 10% Coles Plus Saver discount interacts with a "Spend $X, get Y bonus Flybuys Points" promotion? I'm in the 4th week of a "Spend $90 per week for 4 weeks for 10k Flybuys points" promotion, and I'm assuming I'd need a pre-discount spend of $100 to make sure that I've actually "Spent $90"?
In my experience they work fine together. And the spend $90 appears to be on the pre discount amount so you could spend $90, pay $81 and stk meet your 4 week promo need

Is there anything wrong with this strategy.

Subscribe mid month. Use discount in current month and next month. Cancel. Then resubsrcibe in month 3. Rinse and repeat. If it works you could pay 6 x $7 and get 12 x 10% discounts.

Thanks for the clarification. I think I ended up spending the $100, but it's useful to know for the future.

Your strategy seems sound, I can't see why it wouldn't work.

I joined both last night to take advantage of the free 3 months (4 when you include the trial month).

For those of you with Coles Saver Plus, what are some of the exclusive offers you have received? I also have EDR Extra and get their monthly (now adhoc) free random bonus item. Is Coles Saver similar?

I haven't noticed any difference between my FlyBuys offers before, and after, taking up Coles Plus Saver. It's hard to tell for sure -- who knows what offers are only sent to Coles Plus Saver members? -- but I haven't noticed any increase, particularly in the number and frequency of freebies.

It's still worth it, though, for the double points and the monthly 10% discount which more than pays the monthly fee.

I do tend to get good value & often 4 week offers for 10k & 20k (some i know don't receive the 20k FB offers, unsure if they're Coles Plus saver members or not).

I had these offers prior to join this saver club so unable to confirm if joining gives you better offers.

No monthly perks like EDR, but like been said the double pints & 10% pays for itself.
