Limit of once per account.

:oops:I’m sorry to report that it appears the IT kids who “enhanced” the checkout process at the big green apple last year, may have been hired by their rival.

It’s only a single data point and only for the purchase of a physical GC from the retailer’s own range.

I’m yet to try purchasing a Visa or MC issued card or a third party card such as Rebel etc.

If confirmed, the number of gift cards I buy as gifts for family and friends will be Down Down!👇👇

I don't buy this particular style of GC very often - so you may well be correct.

And it wouldn't be the first occasion on which I'm behind the times.

If so, sorry.

Still, it makes me wonder what result I'll get when the next offer rolls around for Only1, CGCMC, or a third-party card.

Hey friends, are there any publicly available methods to purchase discounted coles group gift cards? Unfortunately my selection of insurers / automotive clubs / employer rewards only stock woolworths.

None that I know of that are universally available.

AGL rewards is a widely available option.

This isn't the ideal place to post this question, but has anyone had recent experience with using prepaid cards - in particular the vanilla visa $250 cards - to pay bills using DEFT? Understand there's a fee, mainly wanting to know if the cards work or not.

I use only 1 VISA for DEFT. No issues. If you make micro payments there are no fees.

Thanks. Went ahead and bought a vanilla visa and just made the deft payment successfully; though I incurred the 1.5% fee as I used the full card balance.

What is the best discount that I can get on say $60,000 of these gift cards and will they take an Amex credit card payment?
Who should be my supplier?

You can join RACQ Lifestyle membership for $26 per year (regardless of which state you reside) and you get access to a rewards portal of egift cards which come instantly. Coles has a 4% discount.

Exactly which card are you asking about? This thread is about Coles gift card offers - so there are many gift cards that Coles offers.

You can get coles gift cards at 5% off face value through HCF My Thanks (you need to get your health insurance through them) or for 4% off face value with Suncorp (bank account required but you can get a free basic account very easily).

Even though the HCF discount is an extra 1% and I have my health insurance with them - I still pay the $26/year for RACQ and buy them through their app. It's easier to use and there's no faffing about whilst you stand in line at coles. Note: you can't use the coles gift cards for online shopping (which I understand you can with the woolworths cards).
