While do our utmost to steer clear of Jetstar and usually go J on OneWorld airlines, none provided on this aircraft, however, we booked the 4.5 hour flights to and from Cairns to Bali in exit seats, both flights departed half and one hour late, cabin crew were really excellent, food could not eat it, seat squab worn out sat on what felt like the hard seat shell, very uncomfortable, would we go again only with a pillow to sit on old A320, bring on the 787 soon.

my expereince is bali is a bloody congested airport, 90 mins late is may not be Jetstars fault

Aircraft used for the flight has been used on domestic routes during the day/evening which doesn't help
the ontime departures. Then the move from CNS domestic to international.

Think you may be waiting a while ;)

I think so, its poor form. Ground and cabin staff say flights are full both ways and they of course would prefer 787.

Thought we could duck over to adjacent domestic lounge for few drinks before departure but Qantas club closed 30 minutes after last QF flight left, so would have been there for about 20 mins, so we didn't bother.

Gee the Cairns International terminal sure is still so run down and uninviting but there is some good news on the horizon but I can't wait that long...
