Am wondering if anybody with an upcoming QF reward booking on MH is able to access the MH MMB to select seats?

I have a ticket in a few months for BNE-KUL-BKK, KUL-BNE (all MH flights).

When I first booked, I was able to log on to the MH website with my QF PNR and view all the booking details. Now, when I enter my PNR and last name, I receive an error: "The ticket number is not eligible for retrieval."

Would appreciate any advice as I'm keen to do seat selection now (and not keen to deal with a call centre!).

I am also getting that message, just now, for a booking made months ago and which I’ve been able to use MMB for successfuly. Maybe it’s a temporary issue on MH’s side?

Thanks, am relieved it’s not just me.

I’ve got a different upcoming MH ticketed flight. Until about a week ago, it was listed as an upcoming flight in my Qantas app, as MH ticketed bookings usually do. It’s not there anymore.

Makes me wonder if the two airlines' booking systems aren't talking properly at the moment?

I have an upcoming flight on UL that was showing as a trip in the QF app. Yesterday it was not there and trying to add it just generates an error message.

I believe there is/was an Amadeus outage that might have caused this to happen? I don't have a source, except heard from my work TA. The issue seems to have been resolved. You may try again and report back please?
